Art. 2(1)(j) of MiFID II

Can the parent undertaking notify its NCA for the whole group or do the subsidiary undertakings also have to notify their local NCA?

This Q&A is deleted as the annual notification by persons to the relevant NCA that they make use of the ancillary exemption is no longer required under Article 2(1)(j) of MiFID II.
