(1) The enactments specified in column (3) of Part 1 of Schedule 7 are amended to the extent specified in column (4) of that Part.
(2) The enactments specified in column (3) of Part 2 of Schedule 7 are amended to the extent specified in column (4) of that Part.
(3) Subject to section 53, the amendment effected by this section of the enactments specified in column (3) of Part 1, and column (3) of Part 2, of Schedule 7 shall not apply in relation to complaints or disputes made, presented or referred to a rights commissioner or the Employment Appeals Tribunal under any such enactment before the commencement of this Part.
