11. Corruption occurring partly in State

A person may be tried in the State for an offence under this Act if any one or more of the acts alleged to constitute the offence were committed -

(a) in the State,

(b) on board an Irish ship within the meaning of section 33 of the Merchant Shipping (Registration of Ships) Act 2014, or

(c) on an aircraft registered in the State,

notwithstanding that the other acts alleged to constitute the offence were committed outside the State.
