The Schedule to the Bail Act 1997 is amended by the insertion of the following paragraphs after paragraph 38:
"Corruption offences
39. Any offence under the Prevention of Corruption Acts 1889 to 2010.
40. An offence under any section, other than section 18(1), of the Criminal Justice (Corruption Offences) Act 2018.".
