AN ACT TO PROVIDE IN THE PUBLIC INTEREST AND IN THE INTERESTS OF INVESTORS FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT, AUTHORISATION AND REGULATION OF INVESTMENT LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS AND FOR RELATED MATTERS.
