(1) The Registrar may require any of the persons referred to in section 56(1), (3) or (4) to pay to the Registrar a fee of such an amount as the Registrar may determine in respect of the access afforded to the central register under section 56(1), (3) or (4).
(2) The amount of a fee required to be paid under subsection (1) shall not exceed the administrative cost incurred in affording access to the information concerned.
