49. Registrar of Beneficial Ownership of Investment Limited Partnerships

(1) There shall, for the purposes of this Act, be a registrar to be known as the 'Registrar of Beneficial Ownership of Investment Limited Partnerships', and in this Act referred to as the 'Registrar'.

(2) The Bank shall be the Registrar.
