47. Discharge of initial central filing obligation - construction of references to that expression in sections 48 to 59.

A reference in sections 48 to 59 to the discharge by a general partner of its initial central filing obligation is a reference to the delivery by the general partner of information to the Registrar in compliance with section 51(1) or (2).
