Section 11(1) of the Act of 1994 (inserted by section 28 of the Criminal Justice Act 1999) is amended by substituting the following for paragraph (b):
"(b) an application has been made to a court under section 7, 8, 8A, 8D, 8E or 9 of this Act.".
