Section 65(1) of the Act of 1994 is amended by substituting "If proceedings are instituted against a person for a drug trafficking offence, an offence of financing terrorism, an offence in respect of which a compensation order might be made under section 9 of this Act, or for more than one of any of those offences," for "If proceedings are instituted against a person for a drug trafficking offence or offences or for an offence or offences in respect of which a confiscation order might be made under section 9 of this Act".
