Regulation 20

In section 58A [Section 58A was inserted by section 20(1) of the Enterprise Act 2002 and subsequently substituted by paragraphs 1 and 14 of Schedule 8 to the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and further amended by S.I. 2017/385.], omit subsection (4).
