(1) Schedule 8A [Schedule 8A was inserted by S.I. 2017/385.] is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph 2(1) -

(a) at the end of paragraph (a), insert "and";

(b) omit paragraphs (c) and (d).

(3) In paragraph 3 -

(a) in sub-paragraph (1) -

(i) at the end of paragraph (a), insert "and";

(ii) omit paragraphs (c) and (d);
