Regulation 51

(1) Section 110B [Section 110B was inserted by section 29(11) of the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013.] is amended as follows.

(2) In subsection (1), omit paragraph (e).

(3) In subsection (2), omit paragraph (e).

(4) In subsection (3), omit paragraph (d).

(5) In subsection (4), omit paragraph (d).
