In section 107(1) [Paragraphs (ae), (af), (ag) and (ah) were inserted by paragraphs 15 and 36 of Schedule 15 to the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013; there are other amendments to section 107(1) but none is relevant to these Regulations.], omit paragraphs (ae), (af), (ag) and (ah).
