141. Amendment of Schedule 2B (qualifications for applying for relief from stamp duty in respect of transfers to young trained farmers) to Principal Act.

Schedule 2B to the Principal Act is amended in paragraph 3 by inserting the following after subparagraph (a):

"(aa) Bachelor of Agricultural Science - Agri-Environmental Science awarded by University College Dublin;".
