Regulation 30 Meaning of "securities" etc

(1) Section 102A (meaning of "securities" etc) [Sections 102A to 102C were inserted by S.I. 2005/1433.] is amended as follows.

(2) Omit subsection (5).

(3) In subsection (6)(a), for "as a result of section 85" substitute "under the prospectus regulation".
