In section 103 (interpretation of Part 6) [Substituted by S.I. 2005/1433.] in subsection (1) -

(a) omit the definition of "the prospectus directive" and insert -

""the prospectus regulation" means Regulation (EU) No 2017/1129 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 June 2017 on the prospectus to be published when securities are offered to the public or admitted to trading on a regulated market, and repealing Directive 2003/71/EC; [OJ No. L168 30.06.2017, p.12.]";

(b) for the definition of "supplementary prospectus" substitute -

""supplementary prospectus" means a supplement to a prospectus (and here "supplement" has the same meaning as in Article 23 of the prospectus regulation);".
