Regulation 40 The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) Order 2001

(1) Article 3(1) (interpretation) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) Order 2001 [S.I. 2001/544, as amended by S.I. 2017/488 and 2018/1288.] is amended as follows.

(2) In the definition of “EU Securitisation Regulation 2017”, at the end insert “as it forms part of retained EU law”.

(3) In the definition of “markets in financial instruments regulation”, at the end insert “as it forms part of retained EU law”.
