In regulation 1(4)(g) (citation, commencement and interpretation) of the Equivalence Determinations for Financial Services and Miscellaneous Provisions (Amendment etc) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 [S.I. 2019/541, as amended by S.I. 2019/710, 1212, 1234, 1390 and 1416, and S.I. 2020/628, 646 and 1055. ], omit “as last amended by Regulation (EU) 2019/2099 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019”.
