Regulation 42 The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Benchmarks) Regulations 2018

In regulation 2(1) (interpretation) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Benchmarks) Regulations 2018 [S.I. 2018/135.], in the definition of “the EU Benchmarks Regulation 2016”, at the end insert “as it forms part of retained EU law”.
