20. Definitions.

In this Part, unless the context otherwise requires-

"complainant" means - (a) a person referred to in section 21(1), or (b) where such a person is unable, by reason of an intellectual or psychological disability, to pursue effectively a claim for redress under this Part, his or her parent, guardian or other person acting in place of a parent;

"Minister" means the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation;

"respondent" means a person who is alleged by a complainant in a case under section 21(1) to have engaged in prohibited conduct.
