37. Obstruction of Director, etc.

(1) A person who-

(a) obstructs or impedes the Director or an adjudication officer in the exercise of powers under this Part, or

(b) fails to comply with a requirement of the Director or an adjudication officer given under this Part,

shall be guilty of an offence.

(2) A reference in subsection (1) to an adjudication officer includes a reference to a person authorised as described in the definition of "designated officer" in section 33(1).
