Article 44 Alternative funding means

The resolution authority may enter into contracts to borrow or obtain other forms of financial support, including from prefunded resources available in any non-depleted default funds in the CCP under resolution, where necessary to meet temporary liquidity needs in order to ensure the effective application of the resolution tools.
