Article 97 Entry into force

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

It shall apply from 12 August 2022 with the exception of:

Article 95 which shall apply from 4 July 2020;

Article 87(2) which shall apply from 11 February 2021;
