Article 94 Amendment to Regulation (EU) No 806/2014

Article 2 is amended as follows:

(a) the first subparagraph is numbered as paragraph 1;

(b) the following paragraph is added:

'2. This Regulation shall not apply to entities that are also authorised in accordance with Article 14 of Regulation (EU) No 648/2012.'.
