(1) The Freedom of Information Acts 1997 and 2003 do not apply to a record held by the Insolvency Service, unless the record relates to the general administration of the Insolvency Service.
(2) In this section, "record" has the same meaning as in the Freedom of Information Acts 1997 and 2003.
