137. Guidelines and codes of practice.
(1) The Insolvency Service may prepare and publish guidelines for personal insolvency practitioners in relation to the duties of personal insolvency practitioners under this Part (which may include a model form of a Debt Settlement Arrangement or Personal Insolvency Arrangement).
(2) A personal insolvency practitioner shall have regard to any guidelines published under subsection (1) in carrying out his or her duties under this Part.
