Schedule 5 to the Social Welfare Consolidation Act 2005 is amended, in paragraph 1(4), by the insertion, after "an tÚdáras um Ard-Oideachas,", of the following:

"the Central Bank of Ireland, when carrying out its functions in relation to the Central Credit Register,".
