4. Amendment of section 2 of Principal Act

Section 2 of the Principal Act is amended, in subsection (1), by the insertion of the following definition:

"‘Registrar of Beneficial Ownership’ means the Registrar of Beneficial Ownership of Companies and Industrial and Provident Societies;".
