66. Offence of obstructing, interfering with or impeding officer of Authority

The Principal Act is amended by the insertion of the following section after section 793:

"793A.

A person shall be guilty of a category 2 offence if that person obstructs or interferes with an officer of the Authority in the course of exercising a power conferred on the officer by this Act or impedes the exercise by the officer of such a power.".
