79. Amendment of section 944A of Principal Act

Section 944A of the Principal Act is amended by the substitution of the following definition for the definition of "chairperson":

"‘chairperson’ means the chairperson of the Authority, being -

(a) the chairperson appointed under section 944G(1) or (3), or

(b) the chairperson under section 944G(4);".
