57. Amendment of section 723 of Principal Act

Section 723 of the Principal Act is amended -

(a) in subsection (3), by the substitution of "Authority forthwith" for "Authority", and

(b) in subsection (7), by the substitution of "Authority forthwith" for "Authority".
