12. Amendment of section 9 (obligation on employer to consult employees' representatives) of the Protection of Employment Act 1977.

Section 9 of the Protection of Employment Act 1977 is amended in subsection (3) by substituting "before the first notice of dismissal is given" for "before the first dismissal takes effect".
