14. Amendment of section 2 (interpretation) of the Redundancy Payments Act 1967.

Section 2 of the Redundancy Payments Act 1967 is amended in subsection (1) by substituting the following for the definition of "the Minister":

"' Minister ' means the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment;".
