24. Amendment of section 1 (definitions) of the Unfair Dismissals Act 1977.

Section 1 of the Unfair Dismissals Act 1977 is amended in subsection (1) by substituting the following for the definition of "the Minister":

"' Minister' means the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment;".
