(1) Notwithstanding anything contained in the Companies Acts, 1963 to 1990, no alteration in the memorandum of association or articles of association of the Company which has been made shall be valid unless made with the prior approval of the supervisory authority.
(2) The supervisory authority shall have power to require changes to be made to the memorandum of association and the articles of association of the Company.
