Section 14 of the Act of 1995 is hereby amended in subsection (1) by the substitution for "Without prejudice to section 10 of this Act, where the supervisory authority grants an authorisation under that section, it may" of "The supervisory authority may, in respect of an authorised investment business firm, including an investment business firm which is deemed to be authorised under section 26 of this Act," and the subsection as so amended is set out in the Table to this section.
