49. Amendment of section 44 of Act of 1989.

Section 44 of the Act of 1989 is hereby amended by the insertion after subsection (2) of the following subsection:

"(3) A person shall not act as or hold himself out to be an insurance broker unless he complies with the provisions of the Investor Compensation Act, 1998.".
