20. Administrative services for Company.

(1) The Bank may provide administrative services to the Company or may establish a subsidiary in accordance with section 23 of the Central Bank Act, 1997, which may, among other things, provide those services.

(2) The expenses of the Bank or of a subsidiary of the Bank in providing administrative services to the Company, including the expenses of an administrator appointed in accordance with section 33, shall be met from the resources of the company.

(3) The Company is responsible only for the expenses of an administrator that are properly incurred in the course of performing the administrator's functions under this Act.

(4) The Company is not responsible for expenses that an administrator of an investment firm incurs in respect of functions that the administrator performs contemporaneously with functions that the administrator performs as liquidator, receiver or trustee in bankruptcy of the firm, even though those functions may also relate to the performance of functions as administra
