Regulation 29 Enforcement of certain property rights

If the existence or transfer of a property or other right in an instrument of a kind referred to in Section B of the Annex to Council Directive 93/22/EEC of 10 May 1993 [OJ L 141, 11.6.1993, p. 27.] presupposes that the right is recorded in a register, an account or a centralised deposit system held or located in a Member State, the enforcement of the right is governed by the law of the Member State where the register, account or centralised deposit system in which the right is recorded is held or located.
