Regulation 30 Netting agreement to be governed by law of contract

Without prejudice to Articles 68 and 71 of Directive 2014/59/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 May 2014, a netting agreement is governed solely by the law of the contract that governs the agreement.
