(1) Without prejudice to Articles 68 and 71 of Directive 2014/59/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 May 2014 and subject to paragraph (2), a repurchase agreement is governed solely by the law of the contract that governs the agreement.
(2) Nothing in this Regulation affects the operation of Regulation 29.
