(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Market Abuse (Directive 2003/6/EC) Regulations 2005.
(2) These Regulations and the Companies Acts shall be construed together as one.
(3) Subject to paragraph (4), these Regulations shall come into operation on 6 July 2005.
(4) Regulations 11 and 12 and Part 3 shall come into operation on 1 October 2005.
