Regulation 25 Non-written recommendations

The requirements of Regulations 18, 19, 20, 21(1) and 22 may be satisfied, in the case of a recommendation which is not in writing, by reference to a place where the information concerned may be directly and easily accessed by the public, such as a direct Internet link to an appropriate Internet site of the relevant person.
