Regulation 15 Complaints to Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman.

(1) Subject to Regulation 14(2), a payment service user may make a complaint to the Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman relating to an alleged infringement by a payment service provider of the SEPA Regulation.

(2) A complaint made under paragraph (1) shall be determined in accordance with Parts 5 and 6 of the Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman Act 2017.
