Regulation 18 Existence of complaints procedure not to affect right to bring legal proceedings.

The existence of the complaints procedure established by this Part to deal with complaints arising under the SEPA Regulation does not affect the right to bring proceedings before a court of competent jurisdiction in relation to the matters complained of.
