Article 1 Citation and commencement

(1) This Order may be cited as the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Promotion of Collective Investment Schemes) (Exemptions) Order 2001.

(2) This Order comes into force on the day on which section 19 of the Act comes into force.
