Where a person falls within more than one of the preceding articles of this Part, he is not to be treated as having more than one Part IV permission (which is not a possibility under the Act) but is to be treated as having a single Part IV permission to carry on all the regulated activities which the provisions in question state that he is to be treated as having a Part IV permission to carry on.
