(1) This Order may be cited as the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Transitional Provisions) (Authorised Persons etc.) Order 2001.
(2) This Order comes into force -
(a) for the purposes of Parts I and IV, on the twenty-first day after it is laid before Parliament;
(b) for all other purposes, on commencement.
