Article 22 Saving provision related to article 21

Articles 1, 3 and 4 of the Consumer Credit Licensing (Representations) Order 1976 [S.I. 1976/191, amended by S.I. 2013/472.] continue to apply in so far as section 34 or 34ZA [Section 34ZA was inserted by the Financial Services Act 2012, section 108(6).] of the 1974 Act continue to have effect by virtue of Part 8; and for that purpose each reference to the Director is to be treated as a reference to the FCA.
